Last night's evaluation I heard a couple councilors mention SWIP as an example of economic development?? Can you say Pharmasphere. Not one job has ever been created here. For the record, the Baltimore Orioles have a better chance of winning the ALCS then of Pharmasphere ever opening. I hope that I am wrong on this once. Since if I am right, we completely wasted over two years on this 11
