Few years back, I remember thinking "strong" mayor would be a good idea in Worcester, but I am not so sure anymore. Thought this may be as good a time as any to point out what a good job our City Manager is doing and this may be one of his best weeks yet:
Negotiate a PILOT with Clark. Believe this is the 3rd on (Mass College of Pharmacy and WPI being the others)
