Read through it briefly. The one that jumps out at me is seeking special legislation to tax 4 units or more of residential housing at a commercial rate. Bad enough we have a dual tax rate:
Commericial
Residential
Now we in essence will be having three three classes
Commericial
Residential (3 units or less)
Residential (4 units of more)
Let me ask stupid question, why should a 2 or 3 unit
